Meeting Minutes

1. President Hans Hamrin wished everyone welcome.

2. Members list, see above.

3. Two applications for WBMC in 2019 had arrived, Bart & Kulturclub Belle Moustache in Leinfelden Echterdingen and Snorrenclub Antwerp in Antwerp. Bart & Kulturclub Belle Moustache took back their application, therefore Snorrenclub Antwep will host the 2019 WBMC.

4. A Decision was made that more exact rules of how to handle a WBMC are urgent to be set up, the board will set up a proposal for all members to see via e-mail and give feedback to, before it sets up the rule.

5. The board was re-elected.

   • VP Bruce Roe, Whisker Club, 

   • VP Wolfgang Steir, 1.Höfener Bart- und Schnauzerclub 1985 eV, 

   • VP Rod Littlewood, The Handlebar Club, 

   • Secretary Dan Sederowsky, Svenska Mustaschklubben. 

After proposal the meeting decided that the upcoming WBMC-host club also will uphold a seat on the board, for the coming two years Austin Facial Hair Club/President Bryan Nelson. Followed by the President of the Snorrenclub Antwerp.

6. Ygnacio Cervio presented himself and the New Zeeland club, who we look forward to welcome as full member.
